Do you accept custom orders?
We gladly accept custom requests. We think it is a great way to stay committed to a sustainable, slow fashion future, reduce waste, and keep just enough stock pieces to satisfy our clients’ needs.

How much time does it take to make a custom bridal accessories?
Each request is different and handled with tailored approach. Please allow us 6-12 weeks to discuss and sketch the design, order supplies and develop the piece. During the busy season, longer production time might be required. Keep in mind additional shipping time if needed.
My event date is fast approaching. Is it too late for a custom piece?
Peak wedding season is often booked up. However, feel free to contact us with your custom bridal accessories request and we will see how we can help you.
Can you copy a piece I found on the internet?
We really hope you are here because you love our style and aesthetic, and want a NEA • MILANO piece for your special event. We respect and value individual creativity and will not accept requests to reproduce pieces from other designers.
How much does a custom bridal accessory cost?
The final cost of each piece is individually and accurately calculated considering the design complexity, supplies costs and additional expenses. There are no discounts given on custom orders.
Can I return my custom piece?
Rush and custom orders are final sale and are not returnable. We passionately assist you during the whole process to make sure you love your piece.
