Why does it take 4-8 weeks to ship my order?
PRE-ORDER
We are committed to a sustainable slow fashion future, so we keep our stock to a minimum to reduce unnecessary production. PRE-ORDER is available on all items. Due to the custom, handmade nature of our accessories, your piece is handmade to order, specifically for you, and requires several weeks to create. Please allow 4-8 weeks for production plus transit time.
READY TO SHIP
We regularly update our shop with ready to ship items to accomodate last-minute brides. Subscribe to our mailing list to stay informed about the latest shop arrivals. Please ensure that the item you wish to purchase is READY TO SHIP before placing your order. Orders with ready to ship items are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business days.
SHIPPING DOMESTIC ORDERS
All domestic orders are shipped UPS or SDA standard shipping (about 3 - 5 business days delivery) unless otherwise requested. Please, provide all the clear details for the shipping.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All orders shipped outside of Italy are subject to additional shipping charges. All international orders are shipped priority DHL or UPS (about 6 -10 business days delivery) unless otherwise requested. Please, provide all the clear details for the shipping. International orders are subject to the customs & duty fees of your country upon receipt of your order. Each country has different import laws; buyers subject to tax + duty fees. Please be informed of the fees before placing your order. If a package is returned because the buyer did not accept given the fees, there will be no refund for the product or shipping + the transaction is considered a final sale.
Where is my order?
You can always track your order directly through the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Please note that while we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, we are not responsible for any issues or delays that may occur on the courier’s website or during transit.
What courier do you use?
We usually entrust our shipments to UPS, DHL, or SDA (prevalently for domestic orders) unless otherwise requested. We choose the most suitable courier based on the area of destination, considering its operation spread, delivery costs, and timing. We take considerate care of our packaging and paperwork to ensure safe and accurate delivery and offer you a pleasant shopping experience. We are available during our work hours to assist you in any situation regarding your package. However, we are not responsible for the courier’s general operation process, work ethics, and local delivery men behaviour.
