PRE-ORDER We are committed to a sustainable, slow-fashion approach, which means we keep stock to a minimum to avoid unnecessary production. All items are available on a PRE-ORDER basis. Due to the handmade, MADE-TO-ORDER nature of our accessories, each piece is created specifically for you and requires several weeks of production. Please allow 4–8 weeks for production, plus additional transit time depending on your location. READY TO SHIP We regularly update our shop with READY-TO-SHIP pieces to accommodate last-minute brides. You can subscribe to our mailing list to stay informed about new arrivals. Please always ensure that the item you are purchasing is clearly marked as “Ready to Ship” before placing your order.

Yes, in many cases we can accommodate rush or custom requests. Please contact us at ciao@neamilano.com with your requirements, and we will confirm feasibility, timing, and any additional costs. We are always happy to advise and collaborate on bespoke solutions. Please note that rush and custom orders are produced specifically for you and are therefore final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Custom orders are quoted individually and are not subject to promotional discounts. We do not replicate other designers’ work; all custom pieces are created in line with our own design language and craftsmanship.

Our accessories are crafted in Milan from 18 carat gold-plated or rhodium-plated brass - sheen and finish can vary each time. 24K gold, 14K rose gold and gunmetal plating is available upon request. We enamel flowers and set our stones by hand. Every piece is unique. Its slight difference in color or appearance are what make it so. As always, the integrity of the design stays intact. Our earrings have surgical-steel posts or sterling silver posts, they are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin. Earthy elements such as baroque pearls and natural stones are used; these are organically shaped and each piece will have variations.

Each piece is handmade, so slight variations may occur. This is a natural result of the craftsmanship process and ensures that every accessory is unique, while the overall design, shape, and aesthetic remain consistent with the images shown on our website. Some pieces are created using natural materials such as pearls and stones, which are organically shaped. As a result, variations in size, shape, surface texture, and natural tone may occur from one piece to another. Please also note that the tone of materials may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, and display calibration.
