Rush & Custom orders

Usually, a rush or a custom order can be accommodated. Please contact us at ciao@neamilano.com for details and additional costs. We are always available and happy to consult with you. Rush & custom orders are final sale and not returnable. Please do not ask us to copy other designer's pieces. There are no discounts allowed on custom orders.

Plating & Materials

Much of our collection requires a 14K gold electroplating process - sheen and finish can vary each time. Currently, the collection is available in 14k gold, rose gold, and rhodium plating. Earthy elements such as baroque pearls and quartz are used, these are organically shaped and each piece will have variations. As always, the integrity of the design stays intact. 

Product care

Our accessories are made by hand and are delicate. In order to enjoy our designs as long as possible, please, follow our simple care instructions. Make-up, hairspray, and oils from your hands may mark or discolor the delicate materials, so please handle with care. During wet weather always use an umbrella to avoid damage. When storing, please, ensure that the accessory is supported with given tissue paper to help keep the original shape. Please store your accessory bag in a cool, dry place as both heat and moisture may damage the contents.

Gift Card Policy

The Nea Milano Gift Card is delivered by e-mail to buyer.  It is activated at the checkout. Purchasing our digital Gift Card creates a unique code. The gift card recipient can enter the code at a checkout to subtract the Gift Card value from their order total.  A Gift Card may only be redeemed by the purchase of goods or services in Nea Milano Store. Our Gift Card may only be redeemed in one transaction. If you with to make a purchase that exceeds the card value, you must pay the excess using another method of payment.  Gift Card cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash.  The value of the card does not accrue interest and cannot be transferred to another card or any kind. No discounts of promotions can be applied to this purchase. There is no additional processing fee.  It is not rechargeable.  Our Gift Card never expires.  Please do not hesitate to contact us if you are facing any technical or other kind of issue using your Gift Card.

Processing & Shipping

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our accessories, your piece is handmade to order, specifically for you, and requires several weeks to create. Orders are processed, shipped, and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. All domestic orders are shipped UPS standard shipping (about 3 - 5 business days delivery) unless otherwise requested. Please, provide all the clear details for the shipping. 

International orders

All orders shipped outside of Italy are subject to additional shipping charges. All international orders are shipped priority DHL (about 6 -10 business days delivery) unless otherwise requested. International orders are subject to the customs & duty fees of your country upon receipt of your order. Each country has different import laws; buyers subject to tax + duty fees. Please be informed of the fees before placing your order. If a package is returned because the buyer did not accept given the fees, there will be no refund for the product or shipping + the transaction is considered a final sale.

Return policy

All of our product is handmade, slight variation may occur. As always, the integrity of the design stays intact. Non-custom orders can be returned and must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered to be paid back in full; the item must be returned as it was received in proper packaging, tags on, and without wear. Shipping costs both ways for exchanges are at the buyer’s expense. We are not responsible for any return packages not received. Allow between 5 - 7 business days for the refund, all refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. One exchange is allowed, the “exchange” item is then considered final sale. Custom and custom plated orders are final sales. Sample sale items and rush orders are final sales.
